1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. The returned goods must be in their original, neat packaging.
3. The goods must be unused and in good condition.
4. Goods purchased from colorgreen.org under distance or off-premises consumer purchase and sale contracts are returned in accordance with Articles 6.228(10) and 6.228(11) of the Civil Code. In order to return a quality good(s), the buyer must notify the seller in writing (by e-mail). The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection of the goods, if their commercial appearance and packaging are intact, having previously informed the seller in writing. The seller may refuse to accept the goods if they have been unpacked and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, or if other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania require it. The buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned goods do not change. The seller may refuse to accept the goods if it is determined that they are damaged, the labels have been removed or damaged, the protective film has been torn off, the packaging has been damaged or the goods have been used, as provided for in clause 58 of these rules. The return costs are paid by the buyer. The seller is not liable for the deterioration of the quality of the goods if the buyer or other persons to whom the buyer transferred the goods used them for other than their intended purpose, did not follow the instructions, violated the rules of transportation, storage, use or warehousing, or if the goods were damaged during transportation, if this was not discussed during the transfer of the goods. Money for the returned goods is transferred only to the payer’s bank account. Shipping costs are not refunded if the goods were not collected from the parcel machine or they could not be delivered.
